Bfd support for generating IA-64 EFI binaries.
* Makefile.am (BFD64_BACKENDS): Mention coff-ia64.lo.
(BFD64_BACKENDS_CFILES): Mention coff-ia64.c
(coff-ia64.lo): Add dependency.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* coff-ia64.c: New file.
* efi-app-ia32.c: Ditto.
* efi-app-ia64.c: Ditto.
