* version.h: New file.
* bfd-in.h: (BFD_VERSION): Substitute bfd_version.
(BFD_VERSION_DATE): Define.
(BFD_VERSION_STRING): Define.
* configure.in: AC_SUBST bfd_version, bfd_version_date and
