* aclocal.m4: Check for stdlib.h, string.h, strings.h, unistd.h.
(sim-debug): Allow arguments. Define WITH_DEBUG in addition to
-DDEBUG.
* configure: Regenerated to track ../common/aclocal.m4 changes.
