* config.bfd, configure.in: Add dvp support.
* configure: Regenerate.
* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
* archures.c, reloc.c, cpu-mips.c: Add dvp support.
* bfd-in2.h, libbfd.h, libcoff.h: Regenerate.
plus delete old txvu stuff, dvp generates mips files now
