* configure.in: Set enable_shared before AM_PROG_LIBTOOL.
* acinclude.m4: Move acmacros.m4 in here. Remove AM_PROG_LIBTOOL
copy; use a patches libtool instead.
* acmacros.m4: Remove.
* Makefile.in, aclocal.m4, configure: Rebuild.
