* trad-core.c (trad_unix_core_file_failing_signal): Use new macro
TRAD_UNIX_CORE_FILE_FAILING_SIGNAL to allow host files to specify
the core file failing signal.
* hosts/decstation.h (TRAD_UNIX_CORE_FILE_FAILING_SIGNAL): Define
to supply the core file failing signal.
