* elfxx-mips.c (_bfd_mips_elf_common_definition): New function.
Consider SHN_MIPS_ACOMMON and SHN_MIPS_SCOMMON as being common sections.
* elfxx-mips.h (_bfd_mips_elf_common_definition): Prototype.
