* gdbarch.sh (FETCH_POINTER_ARGUMENT): Replace by
gdbarch_fetch_pointer_argument.
* objc-lang.c (OBJC_FETCH_POINTER_ARGUMENT): Likewise.
* gdbarch.c, gdbarch.h: Regenerate.
