* infrun.c (insert_step_resume_breakpoint_at_caller): New function,
based on insert_step_resume_breakpoint_at_frame.
(handle_inferior_event): Update comments. Use
insert_step_resume_breakpoint_at_caller.
(insert_step_resume_breakpoint_at_frame): Revise comments.
