* c-exp.y (lcurly, rcurly): New nonterminals.
* c-exp.y (exp): Use lcurly and rcurly for arrays and UNOP_MEMVAL
constructs.
* parse.c (free_funcalls): Moved prototype from parser-defs.h,
made function static.
