* reloc.c (BFD_RELOC_TXVU_11_PCREL): New reloc.
* bfd-in2.h: Regenerate.
* libbfd.h: Regenerate.
* elf32-txvu.c (txvu_elf_howto_table): Add entry for it.
(txvu_reloc_map): Likewise.
