* dis-asm.h: Get rid of decls for print_insn_i8086,
print_insn_sparc64 and print_insn_sparclite. * (INIT_DISASSEMBLE_INFO): Split into two pieces. One, INIT_DISASSEMBLE_INFO_NO_ARCH inits everything except for endian, mach, and arch.
