* frame.c (deprecated_selected_frame): Rename to...
(selected_frame): ...this. Make static.
(get_selected_frame, select_frame): Update.
* frame.h (deprected_select_frame): Delete.
(deprecated_safe_get_selected_frame): Update comments.
