* Makefile.tpl: Always pass down RANLIB.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* Makefile.tpl: Don't set unused enable_shared, enable_threads macros.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* configure.in: Remove unused logic relating to --enable-shared
and --enable-threads. Remove bogus comments. Remove redundant
noconfigdirs.
* configure: Regenerate.
* configure.in: Replace ${libstdcxx_version} by its value.
Remove reference to mh-dgux.
* configure: Regenerate.
