* gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Re-generate.
* config/sparc/tm-sp64.h (CALL_DUMMY_BREAKPOINT_OFFSET_P): Delete.
(CALL_DUMMY_BREAKPOINT_OFFSET_P): Delete.
* config/pa/tm-hppa64.h (CALL_DUMMY_BREAKPOINT_OFFSET_P): Delete.
