(CALL_DUMMY): Remove. (CALL_DUMMY_START_OFFSET): Remove. (CALL_DUMMY_BREAKPOINT_OFFSET): Remove. (CALL_DUMMY_LOCATION): Remove. (FIX_CALL_DUMMY): Remove. (CALL_DUMMY_ADDRESS): Remove. (SIZEOF_CALL_DUMMY_WORDS): Remove. (SAVE_DUMMY_FRAME_TOS): Remove. * mcore-tdep.c (MCORE_REG_SIZE, MCORE_NUM_REGS): Add macros. (mcore_register_virtual_type): New function.
