* readline.h (rl_completer_quote_characters): Add declaration.
* readline.c (rl_completer_quote_characters): Add global var.
* readline.c (strpbrk): Add prototype and function.
* readline.c (rl_complete_internal): Add code to handle
expansion of quoted strings.
