* symtab.c (lookup_partial_symbol): Use strcmp_iw_ordered to do the comparison, not strcmp. * symfile.c (compare_psymbols): Ditto. * defs.h: Declare strcmp_iw_ordered. * utils.c (strcmp_iw_ordered): New function.
