* configure.in: Add a TUI target to CONFIG_ALL, CONFIG_CLEAN,
CONFIG_INSTALL and CONFIG_UNINSTALL.
* configure: Re-generate.
* interps.h (INTERP_TUI): Define.
* Makefile.in: Update dependencies.
(TUI): New macro.
(tui-main.o): Specify dependencies.
(install-tui, uninstall-tui, clean-tui, all-tui): New rules.
* tui/tui-main.c: New file.
