* config.sub: Accept pmac and pmac-mpw as names for PowerMacs,
accept mpw and mac-mpw as names for m68k Macs, change macos7 to
just macos.
* configure.in: Configure grez resource compiler if targeting Mac.
* Makefile.in (all-grez, install-grez): New targets.
