* getopt.c: Include "ansidecl.h" for the ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED macro.
(_getopt_initialize): Annotate argc and argv parameters as unused. * Makefile.in (getopt.o): Depend on $(INCDIR)/ansidecl.h.
