* ld.h (ld_config_type): Add new field warn_once.
* ldmain.c (undefined_symbol): Handle -warn-once.
* lexsup.c (parse_args): Recognize -warn-once.
* ld.texinfo (Options): Document -warn-once.
* ld.1: Likewise.
