* utils.c: <readline/readline.h> instead of "readline/readline.h".
* configure.in (TERM_LIB): Search for the appropriate term library
on the host system.
* configure: Regenerated.
* Makefile.in (TERMCAP): Set based on autoconf check.
* config/*/*.mh: Don't override TERMCAP setting.
