* targets.c (bfd_default_vector): Make non-const.
(find_target): New static function, broken out of
bfd_find_target.
(bfd_set_default_target): New function.
(bfd_find_target): Call find_target. When defaulting, use
bfd_default_vector[0] if it is not NULL.
* libbfd-in.h (bfd_default_vector): Adjust declaration.
* bfd-in2.h, libbfd.h: Rebuild.
