* configure.in: Check for st_blocks member in struct stat and
define HAVE_STRUCT_STAT_ST_BLOCKS accordingly.
* acconfig.h (HAVE_STRUCT_STAT_ST_BLOCKS): New undef.
* configure, config.in: Regenerated.
