* frame.h (deprecated_pc_in_call_dummy): Delete "sp" and "fp"

* dummy-frame.c (deprecated_pc_in_call_dummy): Update.
* arm-tdep.c (arm_pc_is_thumb_dummy): Call
deprecated_pc_in_call_dummy instead of
DEPRECATED_PC_IN_CALL_DUMMY.
(arm_skip_prologue): Ditto.
* xstormy16-tdep.c (xstormy16_pop_frame, xstormy16_scan_prologue)
