* macrocmd.c (_initialize_macrocmd): Delete unused variable.
* macroexp.c (gather_arguments): Delete unused variable.
(substitute_args): Delete unused variable.
* completer.c (gdb_completer_loc_break_characters): Unused, delete.
* gdbarch.sh (gdbarch_printable_names): Delete unused variable.
(_initialize_gdbarch): Delete unused variable.
* gdbarch.c, gdbarch.h: Regenerate.
* arch-utils.c (initialize_current_architecture):
Delete unused variable.

* gdbtypes.c (make_cv_type): Delete unused variable.
