* dwarf2read.c (open_dwo_file): Renamed from open_dwop_file.
Delete arg is_dwp. All callers updated. (open_dwp_file): New function. (open_and_init_dwp_file): Call it. (get_dwp_file): New function. (lookup_dwo_cutu): Call it.
