* parse.c (msymbol_addr_type): Replaced by
lookup_pointer_type (builtin_type_void).
* printcmd.c (_initialize_printcmd): Give examine_*_type
a name for `ptype $_'.
* printcmd.c (print_formatted): Call val_print_string directly,
rather than via value_print.
