* elf32-m68k.c (elf_m68k_discard_copies): Use SYMBOL_CALLS_LOCAL.
(elf_m68k_relocate_section): Use SYMBOL_CALLS_LOCAL and SYMBOL_REFERENCES_LOCAL. (elf_m68k_relocate_section): Likewise.
