* coff-ppc.c (record_toc): Add cast to avoid warning.
(ppc_allocate_toc_section): Likewise.
(coff_ppc_relocate_section): Remove ANSI C string concatenation.
(ppc_coff_reloc_type_lookup): Remove unreached code.
* coffcode.h (coff_write_object_contents): Don't take the address
of an array.
* peicode.h (pe_print_idata): Add casts to avoid warning.
(pe_print_edata): Likewise.
(pe_print_reloc): Remove ANSI C string concatenation.
