* ld.h (args_type): Add field export_dynamic.
* lexsup.c (parse_args): Recognize --export-dynamic.
* emultempl/elf32.em (gld${EMULATION_NAME}_before_allocation):
Pass export_dynamic argument to bfd_elf32_size_dynamic_sections.
