* ppc-linux-tdep.c (ppc_linux_init_abi): Do not install
ppc64_sysv_abi_adjust_breakpoint_address.
* ppc-sysv-tdep.c (ppc64_sysv_abi_adjust_breakpoint_address): Remove.
* ppc-tdep.h (ppc64_sysv_abi_adjust_breakpoint_address): Remove.
