* breakpoint.c (BREAK_ARGS_HELP): New mecro.
(_initialize_breakpoint): Enhance break, tbreak, hbreak and thbreak
commands' help by adding more information and using BREAK_ARGS_HELP
to duplicate the common parts. Remove now-redundant cross-references.
