REMOVE ALL SUNOS SUPPORT TO SEPARATE MODULE.
This is now a generic module for a.out handling. Rename all routines from sunos4_xxx to aout_xxx. Remove Sun-specific code. Remove transfer vectors. Pull core file handling. Lint. Remove close_and_cleanup.
