* Makefile.in (hpux-thread.o): Delete rule.
* configure.ac: Don't check for HPUX DCE threads support.
* configure, config.in: Regenerate.
* hppa-hpux-nat.c (child_suppress_run): Delete.
(hppa_hpux_child_can_run): Delete.
(_initialize_hppa_hpux_nat): Don't override to_can_run.
* hpux-thread.c: Delete.
