* configure.in: Call AM_PROG_LEX rather than AC_PROG_LEX and
AC_DECL_YYTEXT.
* configure: Rebuild with new automake and libtool.
* aclocal.m4, Makefile.in: Likewise.
* doc/Makefile.am (as.dvi): New target.
* doc/Makefile.in: Rebuild.
