* infrun.c (child_attach): Don't allow gdb to attach to itself.
It gets permanently stuck in many OSes.
* breakpoint.c, infcmd.c, infrun.c, utils.c: Change many printfs
to printf_filtered.
* breakpoint.c: Improve help text for info breakpoints.
