* configure.in: Add more header files to AC_CHECK_HEADERS. * configure: Regenerated. * command.c: Include wait.h or sys/wait.h if present. * inftarg.c: Ditto. * core-aout.c: Include ptrace.h or sys/ptrace.h if present, based on autoconf test. * infptrace.c: Ditto. * expprint.c: Include ctype.h for isprint prototype. * i386aix-nat.c: Include sys/reg.h if autoconf says it is present. * i386v-nat.c: Include ptrace.h, sys/ptrace.h, and sys/reg.h if present, based on autoconf test. * utils.c: Include curses.h and term.h if present.
