* arm-tdep.c (_initialize_arm_tdep): Simplify by assuming
GDB_MULTI_ARCH is always non-zero.
* osabi.c (_initialize_gdb_osabi): Ditto.
(gdbarch_init_osabi): Ditto.
* sparc-tdep.c: Ditto for #if code.
