* dwarf2read.c (struct dwarf2_per_objfile) <dwz_file>: New field.
(struct dwarf2_per_cu_data) <length>: No longer bitfield.
<is_dwz>: New field.
(struct dwz_file): New.
(struct partial_die_info) <is_dwz, spec_is_dwz>: New fields.
(locate_dwz_sections, dwarf2_get_dwz_file)
(get_abbrev_section_for_cu): New functions.
(error_check_comp_unit_head, read_and_check_comp_unit_head)
(read_and_check_type_unit_head): Add abbrev_section argument.
(create_debug_types_hash_table): Update.
(init_cutu_and_read_dies): Use proper abbrev section.
(init_cutu_and_read_dies_no_follow): Likewise.
(set_partial_user): Do nothing if PST==NULL.
(read_comp_units_from_section): New function.
