* ecoff.c (_bfd_ecoff_new_section_hook): Remove the _PDATA
alignment hack--we can get the lnnoptr info another way without
suddenly increasing the alignment requirements. Set the flags for
the _PDATA section.
(ecoff_compute_section_file_positions): Do so.
