Wild pointer reads in _bfd_ecoff_locate_line
* ecofflink.c (mk_fdrtab): Sanity check fdr procedure descriptor
pointer and isymBase. Set fdrtab_len after possible discards.
Use size_t vars and catch possible size overflows.
