Delete TYPE_CODE_CLASS, it's just an alias of TYPE_CODE_STRUCT.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* gdbtypes.h (TYPE_CODE_CLASS): Delete. All uses changed to use
TYPE_CODE_STRUCT.
