* inflow.c (job_control, attach_flag, generic_mourn_inferior):
Remove, needed for both native and cross.
* target.c (attach_flag, generic_mourn_inferior): Put here.
* utils.c (job_control): Put here.
(terminal.h): Don't include anymore.
