* values.c: Delete code conditional on IS_TRAPPED_INTERNALVAR.
* TODO: Delete reference to IS_TRAPPED_INTERNALVAR.
* utils.c (init_page_info): Delete reference to MPW in comments.
* main.c (captured_main): Delete #ifdef MPW.
