Patches from H.J. Lu for Linux ELF core file support.
* elfcode.h (elf_core_file_matches_executable_p) [HAVE_PROCFS]: Use prpsinfo_t
instead of struct prpsinfo, for consistency.
* hosts/i386linux.h (HAVE_PROCFS): Define.
