* acinclude.m4 (AM_INSTALL_LIBBFD): New.
* configure.in: Invoke AM_INSTALL_LIBBFD. * Makefile.am (install-data-local): Revert 2002-05-13. Move to.. (install_libbfd): .. New target. (uninstall_libbfd): Likewise.
