Subject: lto-streamer-out.c (DFS::sccstack): Turn into auto-vec.

	* lto-streamer-out.c (DFS::sccstack): Turn into auto-vec.
	Preallocate for 32 entries.
	(DFS::worklist): Likewise.
	(DFS::DFS): Do not initialize sccstack and worklist.
	(DFS::~DFS): Do not release sccstack.
