Subject: expmed.c (make_tree): Sign extend even if TREE_UNSIGNED...

	* expmed.c (make_tree) [CONST_INT]: Sign extend even if
	TREE_UNSIGNED, when bitsize of type's mode is larger than
	HOST_BITS_PER_WIDE_INT.
